Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Article Publication Charges paid to AIScyentist.

• Duplicate or erroneous payment. Any payment made in error or in duplicate is refunded in full.
• Withdrawal before publication. If an author withdraws an accepted and paid article before it is published, the APC is refunded, less any payment processing charges.
• After publication. The APC is not refundable once an article has been published, as the editorial, production and DOI registration work has been completed. This includes articles subsequently corrected or retracted.
• Journal unable to publish. If the journal is unable to publish an accepted and paid article, the APC is refunded in full.

Refund requests should be sent to ai@scyentist.com with the manuscript reference number and payment details. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 working days.
